*UK Same Day Shipping, order by 3PM (GMT) Monday - Friday, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays.  If your order is placed after this time your order will be dispatched the next business day.

Please note that all services are subject to availability, change or removal at short notice.

We are happy to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over £75 (excluding taxes, duties and international processing).

1. Processing Time:

All orders are processed the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time (Please check table above)

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Custom, Duties and Taxes

ELEKTI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are responsibility of the costumer (tariffs, taxes, etc). 

5. Damages 

ELEKTI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
